I helps women who are completely drained and looking for a more flexible format for therapy. You can go from stressed-out and cut-off, to feeling empowered and able to accept yourself for who you are today.

I’m dedicated to helping you embrace your unique life and be present with those you love. I’ve learned to find acceptance of myself and my differences, and am passionate about helping you embrace your strengths and find the beauty and appreciation in your differences, as well!

I am focused on meeting you where you are and working at your pace. These sessions will all be done from the comfort of your own home. We can meet during naptime, on your lunch break, or anywhere in the state of Virginia or Florida. Together, we’ll find hope and real solutions, based on your unique strengths. My goal is to understand what you are struggling with in life, and to help you implement actions so you can feel more in control!
