Anxious, Burnt out, Feeling in a Fog? Most people you know would think you have your life together, you have a good marriage/relationship, a great job, happy children. Deep down, you know something is missing. You're tired, tired of wearing a mask. Maybe you have a tendency to make yourself small to make others feel comfortable. No one seems to question how you really are. You may feel lost in many ways as an individual, feeling alone, anxious, resentful and misunderstood. In therapy together, I can help you clear the confusion, get unstuck and feel motivated to take action for something more.

What I feel most passionate about is helping anxious, yet motivated individuals gain more clarity about their goals, have the tools, recognize their strengths and feel more confident and make more space for themselves in their relationships, at work and with parenting/leading their families.
