I work with clients to help them utilize mindfulness of their thoughts and feelings, recognizing the thoughts that don’t serve them and zeroing in on what matters most to them so that they can live their lives with intentionality and increased satisfaction. Additionally, I have a background in both health and mental health so I incorporate both into my work.
