Introduction
Hi I am Noah Buchanan. I am a transgender APCC that is being supervised currently at Foresight Mental Health working towards licensure and have over 12 years experience in the mental health field, and I show up in the work as an unapologetically authentic clinician who believes healing happens when people are able to bring their full selves into the room. My approach is trauma-informed, liberation focused, affirming, collaborative, blending insight, practical and personalized tools, and honest conversation to support meaningful change. I help clients navigate complex trauma, identity, grief, and life transitions. In addition to my clinical work, I am the founder of Transcend Stigma Project, an initiative focusing on challenging stigma in mental health and building bridges between clients, clinicians, and communities. I also help co-host the Trans Narrative Podcast and am currently launching a podcast of my own, where I explore identity, healing, and the realities of mental health work beyond surface-level conversations. I am passionate about creating resources not only for clients but also for fellow clinicians, because I believe access to thoughtful, practical tools strengthens the entire mental health ecosystem.
